TAZ is a male I imported from the UK after careful study of pedigrees. TAZ's lineage boasts serious working dogs without compromise on good structure and health. I am excited about this boy who is handsome to look at and has true working drive! He is outgoing, friendly (especially with the ladies) and completely non-dog aggressive. On the herding field he has excellent drive and determination. TAZ has been a true asset to our own breeding program having produced several titled RiverRun puppies. We now offer his Grandson "Teddy" at stud.
Before Taz's first litter turned 2 years old he had produced titled puppies in every venue: Agility, Obedience, Rally, Herding, Tracking and Conformation. In addition to these titles, he has several puppies who are certified therapy dogs and active search/rescue dogs. TAZ also sired a puppy who won Best in Sweepstakes at the Kentuckiana Tartan Border Collie Club Specialty (2011). She was ranked as the #1 CKC Border Collie in 2012 and is the ONLY Border Collie in Canada to win multiple Best in Shows!
